How to set personal goals with the OKR framework

Personal OKRs might seem a little absurd at first and its benefits far-fetched, but setting personal OKRs for a quarter is an exercise that:

  1. Makes you think hard on and introspect about how you can improve personally
  2. Helps you achieve clarity and focus on your personal development goals for the next 3 months
  3. Makes you put them down on a piece of paper and when you jot down something, you are more likely to stick to it
